• Cohen Brothers has a recurring offer in GP-sponsored private equity co-investments and real estate directs & JVs

• We help institutions, large or small, extend their fund manager selection and relationship universe globally and enter in contact with new managers through our Global Fund Manager Selection Service, on any alternative strategy and standard asset classes. We have assisted notably major institutions like PFA AM, the asset management arm of a Europe top 5 pension fund, or AA Advisors, the asset management arm of ABN AMRO, a Europe top 10 private banking group

• Forward calendar, GP roadshow organisation in Europe: we establish forward calendars in the various jurisdictions where we are located to help LPs map GPs who will fundraise in the coming years, including below radar domestic managers. We organise GP roadshows for LPs, which we carried out for example for the largest private financial institution in an East Asian country

• Emerging manager investment program: Cohen Brothers receives every year a large number of solicitations from emerging managers around the globe in all private asset strategies. We are a good fit for LPs with an emerging manager fund investment program and are able to present them relevant fund investment opportunities. It is now an established fact that emerging managers are outperforming established managers (Preqin, Cambridge Associates & Pitchbook studies). LPs with emerging manager programs are favouring innovation and competition. Institutions such as Metropolitan, The Carlyle Group real estate fund of fund business, have been willing to tap our deal flow

• We provide independent directors, board trustees & non-executive directors to SPACs, investment companies, pension funds, funds & quoted companies
